Terms, Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Bulk commodity orders (such as antimony ore, palm oil, sugar or metals) are governed by the contract agreed between the buyer and SiamTrade Synergy Co., Ltd. This policy applies to consumer-type products and services.

Our refund and returns period lasts 7 days. After 7 days we cannot offer a full refund or exchange, because the cost of the work will have been fully paid out.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items and non-refundable services

Perishable goods such as food.
Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.
Deposit money can be refunded only within 3 days; after 3 days it cannot be refunded or returned.
Services, data-support services and document services.
Some health and personal-care items.

Partial refunds

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will email you to confirm receipt and to say whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is processed to your original method of payment. If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account, then your card company, then your bank; if you still have not received it, contact us at siamtrade88@gmail.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same item, email siamtrade88@gmail.com and we will confirm the return address.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs; shipping costs are non-refundable. For expensive items consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
